Monday - Thursday Event Venue Bookings
$2,000 for 4 hours
(Includes venue, stage, bar areas, tables & chairs, sound plug-in & lighting)
Total Capacity: 332 Guests
Layout: 114 downstairs • 75 upstairs (189 fixed)
Expanded seating available for up to 250
Security (after 9 PM): $150 per guard
Cleaning Fee (mandatory): $150
Extra Hour(s): $250/hr
Preferred Caterers Available (menu pricing)
Bring Your Own Caterer: $450 Outside Catering Fee
50% deposit required to book (non-refundable)
Balance due 7 days before event
Refundable $250 damage deposit
Friday- Saturday Event Venue Bookings
$3,000 for 4 hours
(Includes venue, stage, bar areas, tables & chairs, sound plug-in & lighting)
